My List is the centre of the platform. Your stock lives here: prices, statuses, specs, layouts, photos and your own descriptions. A property entered once is then used everywhere — in a page, in a shortlist, in a PDF, in what you share with a colleague.
Similar unit types in the same building don't need to be entered from scratch: duplicating keeps the shared context, and you only edit what differs. Older resale stock is a case of its own — properties no portal has listed for years are managed here like everything else.
For the client
A personal shortlist for their brief, with the numbers, in their currency. Password-protected if the conversation calls for it.
