Payment Policy

Effective: 8 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-08

In short

  • Payments are processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details.
  • Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time in Profile → Account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including unused time. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded.

1. Scope

This Payment Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every paid plan on PropTool. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Payment provider

Payments are processed by Whop (whop.com). Whop collects and stores your payment details, charges the subscription and sends receipts. PropTool never receives your card number. Whop’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself. Available payment methods are shown on the Whop checkout page.

3. Plans and prices

PlanMonthlyAnnual
StandardAED 250AED 2,250 (AED 187.5/mo)
PROAED 350AED 3,150 (AED 262.5/mo)
Agency, up to 15 usersAED 3,650—
Agency, up to 40 usersAED 7,300—

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). If a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The price of a period you have already paid for does not change.

Some features may be available without a paid plan. Their scope can change at any time. A free trial is offered only when the Pricing page says so.

4. How to subscribe

  1. Open the Pricing page and choose a plan and a billing period: monthly or annual.
  2. Sign in or create an account and accept the Terms of Service, this Payment Policy and the Privacy Policy.
  3. You are redirected to the Whop checkout page. Check the plan, amount and billing period, then pay.
  4. Access to the plan is activated automatically after a successful payment, usually within a few minutes.
  5. If the plan is not active within 30 minutes, write to support@proptool.org with your account email and the Whop receipt.

5. Billing and automatic renewal

  • The first payment is charged at checkout, and your billing period starts on that date.
  • A monthly plan is charged every month and an annual plan every year, on the same date as the first payment.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the price in effect on the renewal date until you cancel it.
  • Whop sends a receipt to your email after each charge.

6. How to cancel

  1. Open Profile and go to the Account tab.
  2. Press “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.
  3. Automatic renewal stops. Access to the plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for; the end date is shown in your profile.

Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You can also cancel and change your payment method in your Whop account; the “Manage Payment” button in Profile opens it.

Agency plans are cancelled by the agency administrator. When an agency plan ends, access ends for every broker under it. Deleting your account or the app from your device does not cancel a subscription — cancel it first.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Whop may retry it, and your access continues while it does. If the payment is not completed, the subscription ends and paid features are switched off. Your account and data are kept, and paying again restores access. To update your card, use “Manage Payment” in Profile.

8. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not refund unused time after cancellation, partial periods, unused features, periods in which you did not use the account, or the difference when you move to a cheaper plan.

We refund a payment only when:

  • you were charged twice for the same period;
  • you were charged after cancelling as described in section 6, because of a technical error on our side or Whop’s;
  • a refund is required by applicable law.

To request such a refund, write to support@proptool.org within 30 days of the charge, with your account email and the Whop receipt. We reply within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Whop; the time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

9. Disputes and chargebacks

If you disagree with a charge, write to us before contacting your bank — most issues are resolved this way. If you open a chargeback for a payment that this policy does not entitle you to get back, we may suspend the account until the dispute is closed.

10. Changing your plan

To move to another plan or billing period, write to support@proptool.org. We will tell you how the change is applied and from which date the new price is charged.

11. Contact

Billing questions: support@proptool.org. Include your account email and, if you have one, the Whop receipt number.
